Signed up and initially liked this place and the staff. I was told in the beginning that I could freeze my account on weeks that I wasn't in town as I travel 75% of the time. After a few months the manager told me I couldnt do that anymore and they made me pay for another month that I wasn't in town. For this reason I give Legends a low rating. If you fall into this situation good luck finding their corporate office and filing a complaint to get your money back.

The community they have built here welcomed me with open arms. I’ve always felt judged working out in public. Here, I was warmly greeted, immediately taught the basic fundamentals all other boxing skills are built on, and then helped out each time I fell out of form in a way that celebrated the progress I was making and then reinforced the good habits. Everyone is working at their own pace on their own level while the coaches roam and spend time helping everyone. Love this place!

Been here for a week. Im staying forever! The vibe and the energy of the place is so great! Coaches are super patient and helpful and the people is amazing, you never going to get the same workout twice because is super dinamic!

At Legends, my experience has been that they encourage modification of the assigned exercises for the needs of the individual class member. For instance, some people use the elliptical machine for all of the running assignments. When I first started, I did modified burpies, reverse lunges, and modified push ups until I was healthy enough to do the real thing. I have a tendon injury that I discussed with coach... He was able to make recommendations that have really made a difference in reducing the pain and helping me feel like it's finally starting to heal, without interupting my workout schedule. If you communicate your needs and concerns, they go out of their way to help make it a great and beneficial experience. Hope this helps! And I hope your knee gets better fast!

Absolutely. You will for sure feel dumb or shy on the first day, but it's all in your head. No one is a pro, we're all working on our own goals, and if you're lucky, you might be in a class where everyone starts to sing along to Weezer while doing leg raises. Definitely happened this morning.

Cheapest is something like $75 a month for 6 visits. Personally, I think the unlimited for $100 is the best deal. But, it's all worth it.
