The staff was so helpful through the whole process of fixing my car! They were fast to update me when I needed and were always so friendly when I called or when I came to get my car. My car was super clean and smelled amazing when I picked it up. I highly recommend this location!

Best place to trust getting your car repaired from! I got rear-ended this last summer and cascade collision did a great job repairing my car and updated me along the whole way. They are extremely professional, kind and very helpful with any questions. They helped me with my rental and my car was able to get fixed sooner than the expected date. They had my car all washed and wiped down from all the dusty work needed to be done to my car when I went to pick it up. I will recommend anyone needing there car fixed to go to Cascade Collision, thank you so much my car looks brand new!

Someone crashed into my car a week after buying it. I was so sad but Cascade was great to work with. They send you updates via text to tell you what process your car is in. After I got my car back I called my mom and suggested she should go here if she ever has any problems with her car. 100% Would recommend to a friend.

Questions & Answers

it looks like I'm going to take this to court well if they don't want to make this right. they did work to my a arm strut and a few other things and put on junk parts. so my question is can they put on whatever parts they want old used and beat up?

Ultimately, it would be your Insurance's decision on what parts they allow or what they will pay for. I suggest calling your insurance and working that our before you approve the repairs to be done. Either that or you could pay the difference and opt for new parts. However, that is your decision to make.

where do they get there parts the ones they put on my car are old and junk? older and more used and beat up then what they took off. why?

Jesse, If that's the case and you're unhappy with your repairs please stop in and we'd be happy to go over everything. Cascade Collision might need to call your insurance and negotiate the repairs, parts, and further payment details with them before starting but that is 100% an option we can explore.
