How do we get our money back for the Nelly show Saturday? I was given 2 wrist bands purple VIP and they told us to go to website for refund but I can't see a place to do that.

Im also pending a refund. I have the assistant GM contact information and have spoke to him and he said they are processing refunds by end of week.

We all have emailed and some have called Park City Live, where our tickets were purchased, with zero response.
