I used to love PCL, but they have become incredibly unreliable. We bought tickets to a show that was supposed to be up at Woodward and planned a whole weekend in Park City around it. They moved it to the Gateway, saying that they would refund people who needed it due to the change of venue. Once we emailed them, they stopped responding to people requesting refunds. We've called, emailed, and DMed and commented on Instagram and get no response. I understand changes happen, but they should take accountability for the repercussions of those changes and follow through with the refunds that they offered.

Last minute venue change when the whole idea was to have a show in the mountains. Terrible coordination and terrible communication. Don’t expect much if you’re going to one of their events.

What Jillyn said. Unless you're the type of person who likes to be in the jam packed crowd (different strokes). But I absolutely hate being packed in like a sardine. I like some space.
Im also pending a refund. I have the assistant GM contact information and have spoke to him and he said they are processing refunds by end of week.
Be there at 8 so your not waiting in the biggest line. Doors open at 8 but they'll have a opening dj before deadmau5 gets on stage.
They absolutely do. The floor configuration depends on the event but there is always room for disabilities.
