I am wanting to go in and get my permit, I know that I need my social security card and my birth certificate, but for the two letters for proof of address do they need to be in my name or can they be in my mom's?

It depends on if you're 18 or older. Once you're 18 you need to bring in mail with your name. You can check the requirements on their website dld.utah.gov

I think your name, I had a credit card statements addressed to my husband but had my name in too, they couldn't accept it though because it wasn't addressed to me
