I really dislike writing bad reviews but this product doesn't work. The company I work for ordered one of their solar powered trailer billboards. The solar panels charge the batteries to full charge but the second it turns on it dies immediately, it can not run the batteries longer than 5 minutes. Ray came to New Jersey to fix it, he added a second battery but it still doing the same thing. He says we should just plug it in to a wall outlet and use it that way but we paid over $10,000 to have a "solar power" billboard due to having no where to plug it in. Now Ray is not answering my calls I would love for him to fix it so I can write a good review but unfortunately he's not helping. He also mentions that solar tech is not prefect yet but I disagree, I know a lot of people using solar tech flawlessly on their houses/offices. I personal think ownyourbillboardllc is making tech they know nothing about. They also don't undercoat there trailers so if you live in an area where they use road salt you can count on your $10,000 trailer to turn into a pile of rust. Please just save yourself a headache and never order anything from this company.
