Business casual is the best way I can describe it for you. Not too dressy but definitely not a dress down establishment.
Clothes, clean and presentable. Some stiffs still wear 10 piece suit to impress their dates, but come on, only losers do that nowadays. The hosts and hostess don't expect customers to wear anything fancy. Just be yourself, but cover yourself enough not to offend others, having a common decency and being courteous.
poor quality of waiters
I was very casual business, but there were others with much less formal sweaters/jeans.
Dress jeans and a nice polo and blazer.
