Adults 13 and up - $15 youth 5 to 12 - $12 newborns to age 4 are free all details here: https://www.statefairva.org/p/about/2019-ticket-info-and-hours parking is free unless you choose to pay for premium parking. Note that you MUST purchase this online or in advance, there's no place to stop and pay for it onsite.
