This is a foreigner owned truck stop and it shows. Old school and been stopping in for 37 years. Was home to John Trîmble truck show on WRVA radio in the cabover day. Place was full of real truckers at that time. Never had to pay to park years ago Good for daytime waits and always parking. Used to be the place back in the cabover days. Only deli food.

Dirty, rude, no hot food even know there sign says they have it, and diesel pumps are so slow at fuelling

Loads of space . You'll always find a place to park . Amenities lack a bit compared to the chain truck stop, ie loves, pilot, ta. However, There's always hot food and a place to park. Safe bet if your low on time

40 years ago I was caught in a blizzard traveling home to Md. There was no snow equipment on that stretch of Rt95. My girlfriend and I were forced to follow the truck ahead of us when it exited to Doswell Truck Stop. In the parking lot, we found this little Chapel. So, for 40 years, whenever I pass Kings Diminion Exit...I stop in the parking lot to pray. This last trip, coming out I saw a man in a wheelchair across the way. I thought, If Jesus were on earth in flesh...he'd probably be hanging out at the parking lot Chapel at Doswell Truck Stop.
