Went on a Saturday and it was crowded. I imagine the weekday crowds are less. It wasn't crazy crowded, but it would have been more enjoyable with fewer people

It's not generally crowded. As long as there is no special event going on you should be fine. We went on a Friday and there was about 20 people there.
