Did you order it online? If so it will take a long time. If you go to the establishment in Philadelphia then it will take two weeks. You can just call and ask where it is. With something like this you have to be the proactive... Sadly
If you ordered and received a confirmation number you should have received a date for when you can go into the office and pick up the info you requested. I found it best to go in person so there's no mistake
