Never had a mold issue. The pool is for tenants only. However some people have no self respect and go places they shouldn’t be...that’s anywhere you go. Until we get guards that will always be an issue.
I can't confirm issues with mold since I didn't hire a specialist. I believe there is something mentioned in your lease about mold so, read carefully. The pool was like a public pool, especially on the weekends. I never asked for it to be tested but if you suspect it, get a sample kit.
