What is happening to our Red Robin ? It used to be our favorite place to go for a good burger. Now the food is always cold, can't get anyone to help us take care of the problem, it's like they just don't care. I really feel we won't be back.

The last time my family was there we sat for almost 10 minutes while waitresses walked back and forth until one of them decided to take care of us. Then it seemed like it was a pain for us to be there. Plus it was 5:15, and pretty quiet in there
