Hi jean, I don't work for habitat for humanity and I don't know if they keep an eye on these to answer questions. My suggestion would be to call and check with them before taking it over but I would guess that they wouldn't have a problem taking it. Again I don't work there so I can't be sure but that would be my best guess based on the kinds of items I have seen there.

You have to go to the city and ask for a permit if you plan to extend your house. But if you want to buy a house, and have good credit and more than 2 years working on the same. You will have very good information in the office of any bank.
