I was in for the buffet on Tuesday of this week. I realized after we left that I was charged $48 for only one buffet--it should've only been $16 or so with tax. I have called 2x to get this rectified and each time, I am told to call back again because there is only one manager that can fix the issue and they're not in... What?? How do you run a business with only one manager that can solve issues like this?

The salad bar was the nastiest I have ever seen in my lufe.i watched the young girl fill it.yhe new stuff on top of the old ..the cheese was in the peas .there was justi mixed food everywhere. The pasta was raw and old pizza was doughy.it was a 73$ waste. No one took anything off our table until we stood up to go in the game room.now there was no one 8n t here to control the kids in there with there pizza and no parents we spent another 40$ for games .with the kids playing the games with there sauce hands and putting no credits to really play we left after 10 minutes. No parents no employee.there was 1 good thing in the end.we all agreed the parking lot was the best thing there ...as we left..short handed? No not even busy.lazy employees standing drinking and on there cell phones 3 .next time I will take pictures and video to the main office. But there will not be a next time for my family.kids eat free on Tuesday night.mine didnt.

No new pizza for 20 minutes. Plates, bowls and utensils filthy. Flies all over the buffet lines, sitting at table and couldn't keep flies off your food. Left food on table and headed for Mr. Stir fry to buy a second lunch we can actually enjoy. Won't be back.
