I have swelling and tenderness in arm vein after iv. It was taken out on sunday night. I was diagnosed with afib. The swelling and tenderness is wirse. Could it be a clot?

You should take action like it is and go back IMMEDIATELY to the ER AND show the triage nurse. No one can diagnose over the phone but if it may be a clot, I would fear for my life. Go immediately.
