Quite a lovely little place to stay and go out and enjoy the beach. Nice little pool and generally friendly neighbors for the long term folks. We rented a unit here and it was very comfortable. Balcony on every unit sees the ocean! Some residents have small dogs and all were well behaved. Never heard a single bark.

Been coming here for 11 years. Friendly but private. Quite, well kept, and some units have garages. Love it!

Ok Condo's. They could use some updating. That said there was remodel construction happening for an entire wing of the building I was in unit#1. The unit was clean but had some of the blinds missing. Being on the ground level probably put on a show for those outside! The noise from construction started around 8 O'clock in the morning. I get it, it has to be done sometime. Beach access was good. the WIFI is horrible. Called Manager and she said log on to the guest WIFI and it was horrible. The WIFI for unit 1 I was told had a bad wire? I was there for 5 days and no repairman from Spectrum came to repair. Cell service was poor, my carrier AT&T just had bad signal at this location. So if you are looking to unplug this would be the unit for you. If you need to conduct some business you will have to go to the Starbucks in town to get email's. I would recommend in about 12 -18 months after construction.
