Hello, I used to be a long time resident of Oceanside Village. During the summer months, there is a golf cart company that brings in rental golf carts for renters who vacation there. As far as how much they charge I would not know for sure. There is a golf çart rental station near the front office where you rent one from. There are rules to follow when you rent one and if one breaks the rules, you lose all privileges to continue renting the cart. Só, just be aware this is not your own and treat it with utmost care.
No you have to have one from village.There is a lot of owners who rents their homes and have golf carts. In the village are nice owners and I hope to be one someday.Wevisit in August.So please do follow their rules.Have a great time.
