Very nice community. Quiet,has security at most entrances and if there's not a guard there will be a keypad for access code. Has some cute homes.

Rose Realty is the agency that deals most with OSV. You can check online sights like Redfin and try to get the map down to just this community. There are houses for sale but prices, like everywhere, have gone up
Yes they are! My family and I bring our lab all the time. It's just that dogs aren't allowed on the beach during the summer
Hello, I used to be a long time resident of Oceanside Village. During the summer months, there is a golf cart company that brings in rental golf carts for renters who vacation there. As far as how much they charge I would not know for sure. There is a golf çart rental station near the front office where you rent one from. There are rules to follow when you rent one and if one breaks the rules, you lose all privileges to continue renting the cart. Só, just be aware this is not your own and treat it with utmost care.
