Terrible service. Have had insurance with them on my M. Beach condo for six years now and never needed to contact them. Now that I have sold my condo, I need to talk with them about procedures with my insurance. I've called and emailed them for over three weeks now and have not had a reply. I've had to call the SC Dept. of Insurance and am in the process of filing a complaint. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Called in to make changes on my existing home insurance. I was told it was "inactive." The rep told me I would receive a call back. Hours passed and no call. Made a direct call to the insurer Johnson & Johnson, late in the day to find out if I was still insured. They confirmed that I was insured there. Where's the disconnect? Why I was never called back is beyond me. You can only make changes to existing insurance through them. Oh that's right, they showed my insurance "inactive." "UNACCEPTABLE!" Two days after. I now have insurance elsewhere. Do they even know what it means to a client to be told your home insurance is "inactive?" From my perspective, I think not!
