I utilized an Amazon vault 10 mins away while staying here for something I needed asap unexpectedly.
Hi there - you can speak to a Guest Service teammate in the Main Office where mail is received at (843) 238-5636. Here are some guidelines: • All packages must have a Name and Site # on the label. • Packages with Site #s will be delivered to the site. • UPS will deliver year-round. Fed Ex will not deliver between Memorial Weekend – Labor Day. • If a guest or home owner has a need for a package to be accepted and held in the Main Office, the guest/homeowner must sign our Package Acceptance notebook. Signatures are good for one week. • Packages larger than 18” wide x 24” long x 18” deep will not be accepted in the Main Office. • Packages weighing more than 25 lbs. will not be accepted • Package delivery should not be scheduled until the guest/homeowner is in the park to pick the package up when notified. • Packages will be held for 5 days. After that time, packages will be returned. There are some packages we will not receive (furniture, automotive, pet supplies, etc.)
I feel like they should especially since there are people who stay in the houses for a month at a time. You should call and ask them for the address to deliver the package to.
The office should be able to help you, if they can't receive packages for you i would ask the local post office there.
