There are different rates depending on the location and if you are a person who resides in the state and get a discount is a discount if you're over 65 or handicap, so it's really hard to give you an exact rate but ranges from 40-80 per night with full hookup
I'm not sure either because we've always rented a house, but it's an awesome place with a lot of fun things to do!

Of course the closer to the ocean the higher the price.
I'm not sure I stayed in a beach house there but the website gives you a number to get all the information you need
