Hi, Rick! I think you mean to order your eggs “fried soft”. That means it’s cooked on one side, then the yolk is broken and flipped over so it’s still soft on the inside. This might alleviate any confusion in the future!

So what would the yolks broken at first entry in. Pan then flipped B4 yolks get hard ( inbetween) be called ? . Seems I have this trouble a lot.... name ?
Over easy means the eggs are fried cook slightly on both sides and the yoke is broken but poke when completely done. You break the yoke on your own thus a broken over easy.
