During the slow period before the dinner rush, at 3:30, I ordered a burger. It took over 40 minutes to arrive, and was literally room temperature. Our server was attentive and genuinely put in effort. But this food is a joke, and I'll absolutely never return.

I cannot believe the disrespect me and my co-worker experienced at the Logan’s on Thompson Lane in Nashville by the Manager, James on yesterday, March 29, 2022 at 4:40 pm. We were told by the manager that we could not sit down an eat our dinner because we ordered our order to go!!!🤨😫 Help me understand. My co- workers had gone there a few days before and waited two hours. So we ordered a to go order so we would not be late for our evening scheduled Financial Freedom workshop which was scheduled for 5:30pm. I asked the manager if we pay for our order what difference does it make where we eat? Needless to say we had a $67 order. It definitely was not good customer service!!! I called the corporate Logan’s Office to verify what the manager persistently said that it was a corporate policy. He even spoke to the woman who verified that there was no corporate policy to support his claim. Then he sent another staff person out with our order 15 minutes later.

Ordered takeout, only 1 meal with this sweet potato as my side. This is not even edible. Why would they even serve this to somebody? I also paid for extra dressing with my salad and did not get it. Waste of my money and time driving across town to get dinner from here.
