We went to this location on our way home from vacation and should have known at the very beginning that this was going to be a bad experience. Started off waiting for a while for our server to even come and ask for drinks, by the time someone came, we were already ready to order food as well. Our server might have been having a bad day, but she was in no way happy to be there. Took way to long for us to get our drinks, and then another server came up and told us she would be taking care of us from then on (I’m assuming our other servers shift was over.) Our food came out and was good, second server was nice, but then once we were done we couldn’t find our server to get our check. I took my son to the bathroom, walked around the toy area, and even sat out on the rocking chairs, while my husband continued to wait and find our server to get the check. Eventually, I went back into the dining area and just told my husband to come up to the cashier and maybe she could find our ticket. We stood in line, the lady at the cash register was having trouble ringing up someone in front of us (no big deal, it happens) while standing there we saw a man come in and ask for his “to go” order, that had apparently gotten misplaced because nobody could find it. Another man got up from his table to ask his server about their to go bags, because she had forgotten them. And then finally we we’re able to check out. Everyone working there just seemed scrambled. It didn’t look like they were short staffed, but it did look like every employee had no clue why was going on. By far the worst Cracker Barrel we have ever been to.

Two stars for very poor customer service. The food, once we finally got it, was quite good. Walked in to place an order to go because no one would answer the phone. I also attempted to order via the app as well as the online order site, but both kept looping me back to the previous page, losing my order in the process, and I would had to start all over again. Waited for about 20 to 30 minutes after I ordered before they finally brought my food out. Three different employees noticed that I had been waiting an extremely long time and checked on the order for me, but only one actually came back to tell me anything. He was bringing out the order for a lady who came in five minutes after I ordered. He told me that they were finishing it up and they would just be a few minutes. Ten minutes later, still no food. I thought that since I ordered the special of the day that it would surely be quick to fill. My main complaint is that only one employee came out to fill me in, and that was only because he was bringing out another order and he didn’t really tell me anything.. Here’s where a wise employee would make a big difference. Just someone to come out and let me know what the problem was. Two employees went to check but never came back. Politeness and courtesy go a long way in customer relations.

We always have a good waitress at cracker barrel. I have never ever had good mashed potatoes. They are always cold and look 2 days old. Get real with the food. We tip well for good service not the food. We were there at lunch and the food should be hot but none if it was.

This was my worst experience at a Cracker Barrell by far. I ordered the mommas pancake breakfast and added two extra eggs scrambled with cheese. The eggs came out rubbery in appearance and texture. A slice of cheese appeared to be placed on the eggs and microwaved, which made them severely overcooked. And… I bit into egg shells on the first bite. My sausage was over cooked, the server didn’t refill any drinks the entire time we were there, and she brought out the wrong check for us to pay.

They are really good. They have an employee clean and sanitizing all high traffic areas. They require mask to be worn, I saw them cleaning the menus after each use, and they use a non toxic cleaning spary to clean tables. My family and I was impressed. It takes a little bit long to het seated, but it's worth my family safety.
