No, you pull into the parking area. You pay the people at the gate. The building you'll see in the parking area contains the Clydesdale's, the picture area with a Clydesdale and a gift area. Then you walk back to the gate entrance and cross the road. There you will cross a lovely bridge leading to the tram.
