Has anyone actually been able to get through in the number that’s provided? Every time I call it says user busy.. trying to make an appointment.. does the online portal work better?

Keep hitting redial. Did it yesterday about 10 times, finally got through and was put on hold for another 10 min

I just kept hitting redial and finally got through. But of course, I was then on hold for an hour. And once I got a human on the phone, she was extremely attentive and helpful!
