The more I think about it....its common sense to close the kitchen over an hour before the restaurant closes. Completely. That's absolutely not how restaurants work. The staff doesnt leave when the restaurant closes. I understand closing the kitchen at 930 or 945 but not around 830. Its a restaurant, the literal purpose of the business is to serve food and you stop doing that an hour and a half before you close? Imagine you are shopping at your favorite grocery store and they said sorry you cant buy your groceries during their open operating hours because the employees need to clean up the store and get it ready for the next day. That's ridiculous.
That's how it works. They have to clean up before they leave, that takes time. Kitchen always closes early in every restaurant, unless it's IHop or Waffle House!!
