So I’m giving this store a 5 ⭐️ for the simple fact that it was being manned by 1 person (MJ) who had a great attitude and was multitasking throughout the store. They get 0 stars 👎 however for leaving this person alone. He needs a raise or at least a bonus for still choosing to work in these conditions. Great Job MJ Bad Job 👴👀

Honestly, the worst Popeyes I’ve been too and I love Popeyes. New management is needed ASAP!!! The inside was closed so I had to wait in the drive thru for a long time. I got the wrong order 3 times! 3 times!!! All I wanted was 2 pieces of chicken. This place needs to be shut down or replaced by an entire new staff. First and last time

It is quite apparent that this location is very poorly managed. It is severely understaffed, even after this area has seen enough of a rebound from the staff shortage. Whatever excuse they're telling corporate should be ignored. The staff they do have is quite rude. I didn't wait incredibly long but I was the first car in line and waited way too long for cold food. This doesn't bother me all that much, but the chicken was sandbagged and the sandwich is 4 ingredients.... It doesn't make sense. Fine location which should be successful. Corporate really needs to step in and see what is going on in this restaurant.

WORST POPEYES EVER!!! Waiting in the drive thru over 45 minutes then I get my food finally. Red beans and rice is not even half full. All rice barely and red beans at all. Wasted my entire damn lunch break
