We were running late and had called to let them know, they said it was ok that we would make it. When we arrived, the man at the front who gave us our tickets was extremely rude and didn’t give us any direction and yelled at us for it. Horrible

Its not a trophy deep sea charter 1st . 2nd if you want that pay more money and be real . For what the cost is its a deal . If you have never been fishing before be mad at your dad not them they cant teach you all that in a few short hours . As for the being on time its fairly simple .... get your hind end up n go no excuses for being late even on vacation !

When you are late it affects everyone. I am quite sure everyone on board resented giving up time fishing to wait on you. You are asked to arrive EARLY in order to board. Not come late and delay.

When we got on the boat they took their time getting out to fish made us hurry and fish then rushed back,,very crappy service, and didn't even bring u to where many fish where worth keeping really,,rude people, yet they wanted tips and cash to take u..

Same experience man was very Rude and yelled at us. We almost canceled come to find out he was owner and Captain. And just yelled the whole trip. Terrible experience. No direction of how to bait or fish packed us in so tight every one's lines kept tangling with each other. Other people on the cruise getting drunk and being rude and Cussing you out. Everyone smoking and showing no respect for anyone. A good note his crew was Great. Only caught small fish. Nothing as advertised.... Should bring own knife and fishing rags.

Randy Sizemore, Let's try not being so rude. There are many reasons why someone has never been fishing. If you call ahead to say you're running a bit late, and they tell you it will be fine, then it should be fine. It does not matter how cheap the tickets are, the company set the prices. Lastly, customers come first. No, it is not fair to hold up everyone else, but they could have been given other options, like a later tour instead of someone from the company being a jerk. When something goes wrong with a tour, dinner, movie, etc. then 10 people will hear about it. If everything runs smooth, 3 people will hear about. How about company employees keep that in mind? Try giving helpful advice and keep rude and nasty comments to yourself.
