This place is full of roaches and no one cares or does anything about it. Can't walk into any room without seeing a roach. Roaches drop from the ceiling in the bed. Roaches are in the bathroom every morning I even had a roach fall on my back when using the bathroom. Management doesn't care about their people nor the buildings your tenants live. The complex needs to he tore down and rebuilt with new management and staff. I wouldn't recommend this place as a place to live, visit or even as a shelter. And let's not talk about the noise neighbors make at 11pm 12am or even 3am. Talking to anyone in the office does nothing cause they just want rent. They arent living here so what do they care. You should let management live in these apartments for a month and see if they are fine with living here. We don't even cook in here cause the roaches are EVERYWHERE!!. We have to cook elsewhere to have a home cooked meal. There is no escaping them, no alleviation even when people come to spray. If you see one roach a day the saying says you have a problem. So what kind of problem do you have when you see 10 to 20 a day? With all the rent that's paid a month here you would believe each apartment had great appliances and look great. NO. Shotty cabinets, old stove, ancient washer and dryer and NOTHING is caulked. However management sends a note saying the TENANTS need to caulk to your own apartment to help with the roach infestation. Can't wait until this lease is up.
