Look at your receipt. They should have a store number on it. Go on their website and Report the store. If it's a corporate store, you will get immediate action. I had a problem similar to that with a restaurant in South Carolina. I did that and the next day I had a huge response and I'm sure the store did too. Corporate does not like to hear that. If it's not a corporate owned store and it's a franchise, corporate still kind of likes to know about it because if they get too many, they may reprimand the franchise. They also know that even franchise problems cause the corporate bad names. And, if the franchise owner doesn't know that the franchise manager is behaving poorly, they definitely need to know.
You actually need to find out who owns the franchise and also report this store to the corporate office. I don't know the phone number or address but surely it is posted on the internet.
