A horseshoe is a piece of Texas Toast with your choice of meat (Chicken, Burger, etc.) on the toast. Then the plate if covered with fries then with cheese sauce. And I do believe they have Italian beef sandwiches. :)
Originally the horseshoe was toast , hamburger patty, thin fries, cheese sauce. Darcy's has many variations of this.
They have all different kinds of meats you can pick from. And you can choose the topings you want such as veggis and fixings. But i comes with bread. A pile of fries and a mountain of cheese.
The horseshoe is excellent. The D'Arcy red is too.
