I want to ask why were the croutons so hard they hurt my teeth to eat them? I've never been to a cracker barrel that had hard croutons

how about ask for fresh croutons and complain to the manager instead of trashing them online? im sure they didnt do it on purpose. some new employee might have left the container unsealed?
