Yes. We felt safe while we were there
The park is safe. I have seen security guards as well as cops patrolling. My grandson's love the playgrounds, and myself and my partner love to walk the trails and sit by the lake in the evening. It is a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.
I take my grandkids there all the time
It's pretty safe, I take my toddler there a lot. They have kids area and beautiful walking trail around the lake and park.

All parks should be safe but with times being the way they are its always best to have someone with you. The lake is beautiful as are the walking trails. The park is only open during the day which is a great plus.
