So not all our group were able to reserve, needed 8 tickets only have 6. We do not plan to stand in line day of. How to refund/ cancel

To be honest you are very lucky to get 6 tickets. The venue is very small and standing in line for the extra 2 tickets is reasonable. It's an awesome experience!

I agree with Mark. It's an amazing experience! Think of yourself as Charlie Bucket--- except you got SIX golden tickets! If people dont want to wait in line, draw straws for who gets to go---- but don't miss this!

Agreed with Mark. Get in line an hour before opening. It's worth it.
