Hello I live in New Jersey and I have section 8 but would like to port to fayetteville nc. I'm actually visiting my family in fayetteville right now ,what would be the best steps ?

Call the housing authority and tell them u want to Port and in the process be looking from houses because they are alot of people looking and porting

First call the fayetteville housing Authority to let them know u would like to port your voucher
