Yes, you can always take your phone in. Photos and videos are prohibited for most shows...so, be sneaky and don't get caught lol

It depends on the artist. Sometimes they will annouce no video or photography but when we were there for "Brother, My Brother" the actual performers said to "Go ahead and take pictures." Lol For "Dan and Phil" you weren't aloud too.

So far no show at TPAC has collected phones or put the in locked pouches YET. The technology exists and used by comedians and some music acts.

You can always have your phone. It's up to the discretion of the performance whether you are allowed to use it during it, however.

Depends on the show. They usually make an announcement before the performance if pictures or videos are allowed.
