I'm not sure about bulk size, but I do believe they sell soy beans. The owners are really nice and if you ask them to make a special order for what you need they will help. They special ordered green onion kimchi for me before I started making it myself. I hope this helps.

I had to look up what that was tbh, but they have a pretty good selection of stuff. I'd say the focus is more on asian products, but odds aren't terrible that it would be here.

No ghost peppers, unfortunately. They do have fresh habenero, serrano, chilis, and jalapeno peppers though. And at a good price.
They have self-heating hot pot which works with a magnesium packet sort of like MREs. They are pretty good. All the ones I've tried have sweet potato noodle and are vegetarian.
