I recommend the TPAC Concierge app for your smart phone. You will be able to access you tickets easiest that way. They don't pull up until 48 hrs before the show. But you will still have a record of the purchase in there.
I had to load up the app for my phone and sign on and there was tickets there 12 hours before my show start. It was very easy. If you cannot retrieve the tickets that way, you can go to the ticket office at the TPAC and they can look you up and retrieve your tickets for you. I hope this help.
