You could bring it into Best Buy. They would need to send it out. Hopefully it is under warranty or you bought a protection plan with it, that could help with cost. Best of luck ☺

They do have a full service center there... you would need to bring it in and drop it off. For something like that they would ship it to their repair hub and fix it. Hopefully it's still under a warranty of some kind.
