I like Best Buy because most of their sales people are at least knowledgeable. The store doesn't seem to have as many models of computers, but everyone seems to be dealing with supply and demand.

Free recycling of used office equipment.

I did. If they are too busy they will work out a time that works with you and them!
This store is not certified to replace batteries. You can call Apple though
Best Buy accepts electronics recycling of most kinds for free. There is a $30 fee for TVs and computer monitors.
Yes, they do have a great recycling program there and they will take vacuums.
They are pretty safe. They offer curbside pickup for most items if you don't want to go inside, all employees wear masks, and they have practices/policies to promote social distancing at areas that tend to get crowded, like the Geek Squad area and the checkout areas have Plexiglas barriers between the employee and you. They also offer hand sanitizer at the front door and they require appointments for some of their services to avoid crowding. If I have to go in the store, I have found it pretty easy to social distance from other customers during my visit as it hasn't been too crowded.
I agree with Kevin. That place has gone way downhill. I tried to buy the tv I wanted and the punk sales kid told me I needed a bigger one because that size was odd. I wanted it to match the one I'm already using as a computer monitor. I left and ordered on Amazon, got it today
Depends on how busy they are, and what time you go there. Though since every place is extremely short staff, I doubt it
If you are calling the correct number and no one answers the call then no, no one is answering the phone...
Make sure you have then listed to pick up the order, as well as have the order number handy. They check ID to confirm before releasing your product.
As far as I know they recycle all electronics.
You'll have to call and ask them. Thanks.
Who knows with best buy
Yes we do, unfortunately they are back ordered until April at the least. Hope this helps.
I don't know.
Yeah the staff at this Best Buy are notoriously bad. I would suggest going somewhere else honestly.
Probably incompatible with the monitor. Could also be a bad cable.
If the laptop is purchased from Best Buy it comes with free basic setup. That is just setup and updates. It does not cover software installs or data transfer. Make an appointment at Geek Squad and they can explain everything
Yes they do
You could bring it into Best Buy. They would need to send it out. Hopefully it is under warranty or you bought a protection plan with it, that could help with cost. Best of luck ☺
Ouch! Best to call them, but don't be surprised you would need to replace it.
All U.S. stores, including those in Puerto Rico, offer the in-store programs for customers to bring their old, unused, or unwanted consumer electronics for recycling, no matter where they were purchased. Best BuyMobile stand-alone stores accept a limited assortment of old or unwanted consumerelectronics. This is from google
Didn't ask about delivery, but did say I would have to bring computer from Helena
The cell phones back up content and settings as if you never switched Phones just sign in with the same accounts via Samsung, Google And outlook. Once you get into Wi-Fi and phone become stable and has above 75% charge it will automatically download and set you all up you may have to manually prompt it but eventually you have all the contacts you did. So yes you can.
Most consumer electronics are free to recycle. They take lithium ion batteries, phones, laptops, desktops, dvd players, cables, etc. There is a $25 fee for any TV or monitor. They cannot accept tube TVs over 32", rear projection TVs, TVs encased in wood, electronics that are smashed (and therefore possibility leaking toxins), anything contaminated with a biohazard, or lightbulbs (except those built into the device). Appliances are only recycled as part of delivery of a new appliance and with payment of a fee. Call ahead with any questions and I'm sure they can answer them
It varies widely based on the work needed. Just call or come in for an estimate. There is a service plan where you pay $200 a year for work done on all your devices. Most things done in store are free. Most things at the the home are $50 per service
Maybe? But Bob Wards has a watch shop that would have more suited tools
I had Best Buy install my remote start at the Missoula location. For an 01' Sedan. Cost about $250. Also had one installed on an SUV with a factory security system. This cost $400 due to all the overrides
