Brisket and 🍟 are awesome
I think its amazing and fairly good priceing. I usually get chopped brisket or pulled pork
I ate there today and I had a great meal. All the food, not just the meats, is prepared with great care. For instance, they have some of the best French Fries in Chicago, hand-cut, double-fried, and seasoned with sea salt and fresh-ground pepper. They are always crispy, tasty and plentiful. I like to dip them in their house made Memphis style bbq sauce. Their slaw is always fresh, never soggy. The brisket is tender, smoky, and peppery. I could go on and on but suffice it to say I have never eaten anything at Smoque that was less than excellent and I've had everything on the menu -- even the salad.
