Chicago Q has great ambiance. indoor and outdoor feels very different. Indoor is dark sophisticated, outdoor is an Instagram worthy patio. I personally have only dined outdoors as they also heat the space in the winter. Service is always great at Chicago Q, very attentive and friendly the entire time! Both their brunch and dinners are good, but I personally feel their brunch and lunches have better menu choices. Likely won’t be your best barbecue, but their brunch options mix traditional brunch with bbq which has a fun twist. Overall, I’d recommend checking them out!

The food here is amazing. The pulled pork and brisket are exquisite, the Mac n cheese is the best I've ever had, the service is great, and the overall ambiance makes one forget they're in Chicago.

Always better safe than sorry. The bar area is a decent size with accommodating seating and tables, but the actual dining area is apart from that
There's on street parking that's very close to the restaurant.
Availability of outdoor seating is easier in person
You should if you have a big group. Otherwise no, you don't have to make reservations. They do take reservations if you really want.
