This delicatessen at one time was great Deli. good portion and good service . However, today the sevice and quality and portions r the opposite of what Brahmans was at one time. Miss the old Delicatesen. But went there today and it was closed I guess it's due to the pandemic

There is a place called Pastrami and Pickles in Roselle Park, NJ on Westfield Avenue that you may find to your satisfaction. The sandwiches there are very good and I feel you will be pleased.

The sandwich you’re looking for is called the Ruth Special. There are no pork products served, but it’s not kosher. Cheese on the sandwiches, etc.. The standard bread is seedless rye, are there are also the options of sliced white, sliced wheat or kaiser rolls.
Yes, they are open Tuesday-Saturday from 9:30am-6:30pm. Closed on Sunday and Monday.
