The environment was fun. It was nice and the staff was great. Our waitress was prompt. The bbq pulled pork was so good. Hubby got the Burnt Ends brisket. That was also good. A great bbq joint.

My husband and I was in Chicago to celebrate are wedding anniversary and I wanted some good ribs. And Bub City pop up on my phone. We arrived at the restaurant the young ladies that greeted us was very nice. But when we got to are table. No one give us menu. We was served lukewarm water. And on that day which was September 24 2022. I don't know if the restaurant was short handed. It was a tall white man with brown blonde hair. I asked for a menu after waiting for 10 minutes. He was rude and not professional at all. My husband and I decided to leave. I know that there are alot of bad things happening in that part of downtown. But my husband and I don't live there. And we felt like we wasn't wanted there. My husband and I love Chicago. That really hurt the both of us. PLEASE Do Better. To the management you should be ashamed to have someone like him working for you.
