I don't think so. I met someone when I ate there whom I thought was the owner and I don't believe his name was Rob. I'm not aware of a Blue Dolphin Cafe on Longboat Key, only the one on St Armands Circle which is near Longboat Key. As Paul said however, the food was pretty good.
