An absolutely disgusting establishment. I decided to eat inside and it was a mistake. Every single table had crumbs and literal big pieces of food on the floor. The bathrooms were nasty and the crew were all goofing off with the exception of the poor girl working the line alone. There was no music playing and the staff was a group of teens standing in a large group around the registers and being loud and doing no work at all. We had told them that we were dining in and they gave us our food bagged up. We didn't mind though because there was no way I could sit at one of those tables and eat without feeling gross. This Panera used to be kept up with but now it is a health hazard. I was hesitant to eat my food and I was right to be. It ended up being made incorrectly and I'm truly concerned about how cleanly there kitchen is. Someone is going to get seriously sick from this nasty excuse for a Panera Bread.

What has happened? I hadn't visited this Panera in several months. Staff is completely lethargic. Coffee urns were empty. It took 8 minutes for them to take my order with only one person in front of me. Went to order one of their breakfast sandwiches and the clerk said they were out of "easy egg." How is a bagel shop out of eggs?

Our sandwiches always lack a balanced inclusion of the listed ingredients; for example, there is mostly lettuce and tomato on the Mediterranean, or something similar. Upon my last interaction with this store, I made a pick up order. The receipt stapled to the bag was right, but when I pulled out the contents they were both labeled an egg souflette with bacon and some kind of cheese. Being a vegetarian that doesn't eat eggs, I was confounded. Immediately I reentered the restaurant and went to speak with the kitchen. When I stated my observation and confusion, I was met with completely rude dismissal from the girl with purple hair. Now don't get me wrong, my hair has been every color - literally all the colors at once as a rainbow, but I am always SO nice to people and wow I was astounded. She was just so snarky and instead of finding out WHY I thought it was wrong, she just grabbed them back saying this IS your order and they ARE your sandwiches. She proceeded to open them and show me, but she did not make ANY effort to understand the core reason for the situation. The kitchen employees then explained something about breakfast labels and how that's what they use for sandwiches and whatever else I didn't really follow. One man in the back did apologize and say that was his bad. I appreciated the fact that he acknowledged my confusion. ADDITIONALLY to the complete rudeness of that employee, I have *never* seen ANY Panera Bread so messy. No one swept or anything at least during that shift and probably all day honestly it was so unkempt.

This was the worst Panera Bread I have ever seen. The dining room was closed. They were out of napkins. And they had run out of everything to make salad. I paid $8 because I was generous and gave a $1 tip for those little tiny quote-unquote bowl of chili. I will never go to Panera Bread again. I don't eat bread and they don't have gluten-free options. So I was counting on a salad.
