First visit to Pink Gator Cafe was a wonderful surprise! The food was delicious and prepared beautifully!! See the photo of our lunch to believe me! Great menu for all with friendly service! Outdoor tables were constantly being sanitized in between customers. View from deck is lovely. Great craft beer selection as well!!!

Cool store (they have a/c!). Seriously though, it's a nice little cafe to relax and unwind a bit if you've been biking or hiking through the park. In our experience food is decent to quite good, though the service isn't very fast. If their busy, be prepared to wait. The cafe serves things such as onion rings and other appetizer types, to sandwiches and wrap, to salads and 'off the grill' items to the tourist trap type gator bites and other such offerings. Seating is limited, so it's common to see smaller parties sharing tables. Other than food, they have a decent supply of camping items to subsidize whatever your missing from home, and lots and lots and lots of trinketey items that you don't need.

They offer a wide variety of lunch fair including alligator stew. Sitting is limited and is mostly family sized tables which is appropriate for a state park. They also serve quality ice cream.

Interesting Cafe, nice choice of meals. Great souvenir shop attached. Sadly slow service and mediocre coffee
