Will held mail be redelivered to our home addresses now that evacuation orders are lifted?

In my experience the post office holds mail until it can be redelivered. I am sure there are instances where mail is returned to the sender; for example, an address is not deliverable due to unsafe conditions or the delivery location being destroyed. Contrary to this, a company like UPS might immediately return a package to the sender; for example an Amazon delivery would be returned and your order refunded.
